Pixel Silk is a sole proprietorship established in Egypt ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit `pixelsilk.store`, place an order, download a digital product, contact support, or join our email list.

Information we collect

You give us:

  • Name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number
  • Order contents, support messages, and any files or details you send us
  • Email address if you subscribe to our list

Collected automatically:

  • IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL
  • Pages viewed, products viewed, cart and checkout events, timestamps
  • Cookie and similar identifiers

Payment information: card details are entered directly into our payment provider's interface. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with:

  • Shopify — storefront, checkout, orders, customer accounts
  • PayPal — payment processing and fraud checks. Card and PayPal account details are entered on PayPal's interface; we do not receive or store them.
  • Printful — our print-on-demand partner. Receives the name, delivery address and order contents solely to produce and ship physical items.
  • Email platform — newsletter delivery if you subscribe
  • Analytics providers — aggregated usage measurement
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where legally required

We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

We and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the cart and checkout, plus optional analytics and marketing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may break checkout.

How long we keep it

  • Data: Retention
  • Order and transaction records: As long as required by tax and accounting law
  • Support correspondence: Up to 24 months after the matter closes
  • Marketing subscription: Until you unsubscribe, then suppressed
  • Analytics data: As configured in the analytics provider (typically up to 26 months)

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority. California residents may request disclosure of categories collected and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do neither).

To exercise any right, email support@pixelsilk.store with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable processors. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and any regulator as required.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the store or by email.
