Who we are

Pixel Silk is a sole proprietorship established at Benha, Qaluybia, Egypt. Contact: support@pixelsilk.store.

These terms

By browsing the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store. These terms apply to all sales of digital downloads and print-on-demand physical goods.

Our products

Digital products are downloadable PDF files supplied in A4 and US Letter formats. They are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped.

Physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, including apparel. Print placement, colour and finish may vary slightly between items and from screen previews. Such variation is not a defect.

AI-assisted content. Some or all of Pixel Silk's content — including product designs, page layouts, listing images and marketing materials — is created or produced using AI-assisted workflows, then reviewed, edited and packaged by Pixel Silk. Our products are planning and style-organisation tools. They are not professional personal styling, legal, financial, medical or business advice.

Product images are illustrative. We do not guarantee that a product will produce any particular personal, financial, or lifestyle outcome.

Placing an order

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation (physical goods) or make the download available (digital goods).
  • Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it is not acceptance.
  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order, and be authorised to use the payment method.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where the item is unavailable, the payment cannot be verified, we cannot ship to the address, or a price or description error is obvious and unmistakeable. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Price and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, VAT or duties, which are calculated at checkout or collected on delivery. We accept payment through PayPal.
  • The price at the time you place your order governs that order.
  • If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable, we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.
  • We charge the payment method when the order is placed. Physical goods are produced after payment.
  • Discount codes: one per order, not combinable, not retrospective, no cash value, and not transferable unless stated.

Delivery and risk

Digital: files are available immediately after payment. If your download link fails, contact support and we will restore access.

Physical: production takes 2–5 business days before dispatch, then shipping time depends on destination and method. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Risk in physical goods passes to you when we deliver them to the carrier. Ownership passes on full payment.

Digital products and licence

Digital products are licensed, not sold. See the Digital Product Licence in §7. The licence is personal, non-transferable, and does not permit resale, redistribution, or use in AI/model training.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

See the Refund & Digital Download Policy in §4 and your statutory rights in §3.9.

Your statutory rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

EU/UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal: you may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving physical goods, without giving a reason, and return them at your cost. This right does not apply to digital content once download has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal — which you give at checkout.

Faulty goods: if a physical item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it, including shipping, at our cost.

Our right to cancel

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we cannot fulfil it, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if the order breaches these terms, or if a legal or regulatory requirement prevents supply.

Intellectual property

All store content — product files, text, listing images, illustrations, layouts, logos and the Pixel Silk name — is owned by Pixel Silk or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it except as expressly permitted by the Digital Product Licence.

You may not use our name, logo, or product imagery to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly post purchased files
  • upload purchased files to marketplaces, template libraries, public drives, or AI/model-training datasets
  • scrape, crawl, or systematically extract store content
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the store, its systems, or other customers' data
  • use the store for fraudulent purchases or abusive conduct

Our responsibility for loss or damage

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss, because the store and its products are supplied for private, personal use.

Our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products where the law says we are liable, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, natural events, or infrastructure failure. If a delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund for goods not received.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order governs that order. Material changes will be announced on the store.

General

Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: if we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.

Entire agreement: these terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between us regarding the store.

Third-party rights: no other person may enforce these terms.

Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign ours, and will notify you; you may then cancel any undelivered order for a full refund.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction — subject always to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@pixelsilk.store describing the issue and the remedy you want. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.
