Shipping policy
Digital products
No shipping is involved. Files are available immediately after payment through the download link shown on the order confirmation page and email. If a link expires or fails, contact support@pixelsilk.store and we will restore access at no cost.
Physical products — production
Physical items are made to order by our fulfilment partner Printful. Production takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. During launch drops and peak periods it may take longer; we will say so on the product page or by email.
Physical products — shipping
Shipping time begins after production and depends on destination and the method selected at checkout. Typical transit after dispatch is 3–8 business days within the United States and 7–20 business days elsewhere. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Tracking details are emailed on dispatch; allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and method. Any free-shipping threshold applies to physical goods only — digital products do not count toward the threshold.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not refundable by us. We cannot predict or control them.
Lost, delayed, or misdelivered parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund it. If tracking shows delivery to the address you supplied, we cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address — please check your address before ordering.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Contact us immediately if you need a change; once production has started we may not be able to amend it.
Where we sell
We sell worldwide and ship from Egypt. Our primary target market is the United States. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion charge.
US sales tax
We are not established in the United States. Where we have no obligation to register in a US state, no US sales tax is collected at checkout. If sales volume creates a registration obligation in a state, we will register, collect the applicable tax, and update this policy. Any tax displayed at checkout is collected and remitted by us.
EU and UK VAT on digital products
For consumers in the EU or UK, VAT on digital downloads can be due from the first sale — there is no minimum threshold for digital goods. Where applicable, VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location and remitted under the applicable scheme. If VAT is not collected at checkout, you remain responsible for any tax your own jurisdiction requires you to account for.
Customs duties and import taxes
Physical orders shipped outside Egypt may attract import duty, VAT/GST, or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility, are not refundable by us, and cannot be predicted or controlled by us.
Invoices and receipts
Email support@pixelsilk.store if you need a VAT-compliant invoice or a business receipt. Payment is processed by PayPal; PayPal transaction records also serve as proof of purchase.
